RichFood Group is a family-run catering business in Singapore, known for bringing joy to every celebration with their tagline: “Celebrate Special Moments with Affordable Buffet Catering in Singapore.” From birthdays and weddings to festive holidays, RichFood delivers buffet, mini buffet, and bento sets designed for every occasion. Our task was to create a modern eCommerce website that translates their extensive menu options into an effortless online ordering experience. The platform needed to accommodate large-scale catering orders with dish-by-dish customization, minimum pax requirements, and delivery zone logic—ensuring customers could confidently plan their events with clarity and convenience.

Challege

The challenge we face is ensuring that customers choose RichFood Catering as their preferred option despite strong competition in the catering industry. One of the main issues we encounter is the quality of images provided for marketing purposes. The catering photos we received are often in low resolution, lacking sharpness and appeal, which makes the food appear less appetizing. Compared to other caterers who use high-quality, professional images, this puts RFC at a disadvantage. To overcome this, we must find creative ways to enhance the presentation, ensuring our visuals are attractive, mouth-watering, and capable of capturing customer interest effectively.

Solution

The main image problem was resolved by using high-quality paid stock images that look professional and appetizing. This approach allowed us to present RichFood Catering’s catering services in a more attractive and competitive way, ensuring the visuals are appealing to customers. At the same time, we made sure to consistently follow RichFood Catering’s brand colors in every design to strengthen brand identity and help customers easily remember RFC. By combining professional images with strong branding elements, we successfully improved the overall presentation. Additionally, we maintained consistency by creating and posting around 8 to 10 designs each month to sustain customer engagement.
