Immigration Singapore Official (ISO) engaged TMA to execute a deep technical SEO uplift that strengthens trust signals and organic discoverability. The mandate was to make the site fast, secure, and easily understood by search engines while keeping the experience clean and mobile-first. Our work focused on Core Web Vitals, structured data, and indexation hygiene so prospects could find ISO quickly and move smoothly into consultation flows.

ISO’s site operated in a highly competitive category where mobile performance, crawl efficiency, and accuracy directly affect visibility. Pages loaded slowly on handheld devices, structured data was incomplete, and duplicate URLs from legacy parameters diluted ranking signals. Fragmented XML sitemaps and broken internal links limited index coverage, while the absence of consistent canonical governance risked content duplication. The challenge was to resolve these issues without disrupting day-to-day lead generation.
TMA delivered a ground-up technical remediation. We optimized rendering and assets to improve LCP and CLS, enforced HTTPS across the stack, and introduced responsive image sets to stabilize mobile experiences. XML sitemaps were consolidated and regenerated, robots directives were cleaned, and orphan pages were re-connected to priority clusters. We implemented Organization, Breadcrumb, and eligible page-type schema to enhance relevance, then established a canonical map and redirect policy to control duplication. Internal linking was re-architected around service clusters, while analytics and monitoring were configured to guard against regressions. The result is a faster, clearer, and more indexable site that supports both rankings and conversions.
